Digital Product Terms
Effective date: July 16, 2026
These terms apply to Pragy Consulting downloadable resources, including spreadsheet templates, PDF guides, presentation files, toolkits and similar digital products. Product-specific licence files included in each package provide the detailed permitted-use terms for the licence selected at checkout.
Delivery and licence
Digital products are licensed, not sold as a transfer of intellectual-property ownership. Access is delivered through WooCommerce after successful checkout. The buyer may edit the files for permitted internal use and may share them only with users authorized by the purchased licence.
Digital products and edited versions must not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, sublicensed, publicly posted, shared outside authorized users, or included in a public or commercial template library without written permission.
Customer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for reviewing software compatibility, validating KPI definitions, formulas, targets, examples and outputs for the intended context, maintaining appropriate backups and controls, and obtaining professional or specialist review where needed.
Digital resources are not legal, regulatory, accounting, safety, quality, environmental, cybersecurity, privacy, validation, compliance or other professional advice. No business, performance, compliance or other result is guaranteed by purchase or use.
Intellectual property and support
Pragy Consulting and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in the original resources. Support covers reasonable assistance with file access and documented compatibility. Customization, integration, data cleansing, validation and implementation are outside standard product support unless separately scoped.
If a product page, package licence and these general terms differ, the more product-specific permitted-use description applies to that product, while these general delivery, responsibility and support terms continue to apply. Questions may be sent to info@pragyconsulting.com.
