This instructor-led Green Belt program develops practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods used to define, analyze, improve and control operational processes.

Prerequisites
- Familiarity with basic Lean concepts.
- One to two years of professional experience, as stated in the existing program record.
- Basic statistics and data-analysis knowledge.
- Time to participate in the agreed learning schedule and complete the program requirements.

- The Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control methodology.
- Process mapping and value-stream mapping.
- Data collection and statistical analysis.

Completion and certificate
Participants who complete the program requirements receive a Pragy Consulting certificate of completion.
