For digital products, contact Pragy Consulting promptly if a checkout, duplicate purchase, file access, corrupted download, or compatibility issue occurs.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund handling depends on the circumstances, applicable law, delivery evidence, duplicate-payment evidence, and whether the protected file was successfully accessed.

Services, workshops, guided reviews, private checkout links, recurring support, regulated work, and custom scopes require separately approved terms before purchase or kickoff.
