Recording Terms

Recording is not automatic. If a meeting, training, workshop, or review session is to be recorded, participants must be told before recording begins and the purpose, access, retention, and distribution expectations must be clear.

Do not include passwords, unrestricted credentials, regulated records, patient information, confidential production data, or unnecessary personal information in recorded sessions unless an appropriate method has been agreed.
