Include the order reference and a non-sensitive description of the issue; do not send payment-card details, passwords or confidential data.<\/p>\n

Because digital files may be accessed immediately, refund handling depends on the circumstances, applicable consumer law, payment and delivery evidence, duplicate-payment evidence, troubleshooting results, compatibility information provided before purchase, and whether the protected file was successfully accessed.<\/p>\n

When an issue can be corrected, Pragy Consulting may first provide the correct file, restore access or offer reasonable troubleshooting. This circumstance-based approach does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n
